Personalize Dashboards with Custom Colors and Images

What's New?

Dashboard owners with editing permissions can now personalize dashboards with custom visual settings. You can choose solid background colors or gradients, change or match panel backgrounds, and upload a background image with fit options (Cover, Stretch, or Tile). On Gamified dashboards, you can also adjust the aspect ratio. For more information, see Customize Dashboard Appearance.

Why Does It Matter?

Personalised dashboards create a stronger sense of organizational identity and team belonging. Teams can now tailor the visual experience to match brand guidelines, reducing the generic feel of standard dashboards and improving engagement with analytics tools.

How Do I Enable This?

This feature is automatically available to users with dashboard editing permissions via a new Settings cog.
